Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Cancellations after 7 days are not eligible for refunds but will retain access until the end of the billing period.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You subscribed to a paid plan within the last 7 days.
  • You have not used more than 10% of your monthly character allowance.
  • This is the first refund request on your account.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Subscriptions older than 7 days from the billing date.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
  • Partial months or unused character credits.
  • Renewal charges (you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged).

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:

  1. Go to Studio → Account Settings.
  2. Navigate to Subscription & Billing.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  1. Email support@thevoicefoundry.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
